At present, my country's loader enterprises have started a new round of product technology upgrading around energy saving and consumption reduction, focusing on the upgrading of core systems and components, that is, the technological upgrading of hydraulic systems and hydraulic components, transmission systems and transmission components.

First, the integration of hydraulic system change and change
At present, the advanced hydraulic system of international loaders is a full variable load sensing hydraulic system. Among the main components, the working and steering pumps are load sensing variable pumps, and the valves are load sensing steering valves and load sensing multi-way valves. The outstanding features of the system are good operating comfort, high operating efficiency, and significant energy-saving effect, but the cost is high. Except for a few special products, there is basically no or only a small market share in all underdeveloped regions in China and even the world. To this end, my country's loader industry and related industry insiders have carried out a lot of technological innovations on the system, and while maintaining its advanced nature, the manufacturing cost has been reduced on a large scale. At present, the development and improvement work has achieved considerable results, mainly in the following different structural types.

Second, Improved multi-way valve full variable load sensing hydraulic system
The system is still a fully variable load sensing hydraulic system, and its innovations are mainly concentrated on multi-way valves. The main body of the multi-way valve is an ordinary multi-way valve with low cost, and a small logic valve with a simple structure is attached. The sum of the cost of the two is less than 1/4 of the load-sensing multi-way valve. The load sensing hydraulic system is comparable, but the total cost is only about 70%.

Third, Constant variable confluence unloading hydraulic system
The steering part of the fixed variable confluence unloading hydraulic system is still the load sensing variable pump and the load sensing steering valve, and the working part is composed of a quantitative pump and a common multi-way valve. The system has added a priority valve, a shuttle valve, a control valve and The unloading valve completes the confluence of the load sensing constant pressure variable pump and the quantitative pump, and realizes two system modes of the load sensing constant pressure variable system during steering and the constant pressure variable system during operation. When the operation reaches the maximum load and the unloading valve reaches the maximum set pressure, the working quantitative pump is in a fully unloaded state. The system solves the throttling and overflow loss of the steering system, as well as the overflow loss of the working system, so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.
Compared with the full variable load sensing hydraulic system, the operating comfort and working efficiency of the system are basically the same, but the cost is only about 35% of the former, and the energy saving effect is about 70% of the former. Compared with the full quantitative system, the energy saving of this system is about 70%, and the cost is about 1.5 times. It can be said that the fixed variable confluence unloading hydraulic system is a very cost-effective system and has certain promotion value.

Forth, Improved Multi-way Valve Constant Variable Confluent Hydraulic System
This system is basically the synthesis of the first two improved systems. The steering part is a load sensing variable pump + a load sensing steering valve, and the working part is a combination of the two -- the multi-way valve consists of an ordinary multi-way valve and a small logic valve. , The working pump is composed of a quantitative pump and an unloading valve. The dual-pump confluence is realized through the priority valve, and the work and steering are basically load-sensing variable systems. Compared with the full variable load sensing hydraulic system, the operating comfort of the system is basically the same as the operating efficiency, but the cost is only about 50% of the former; about 2 times that of the former. It can be said that the system is a good system with low price, high quality and high cost performance, and has high promotion value.
